  • In this website, the Prudential Regulation Authority (‘we’ or the ‘PRA’) collects personal data about you.

    This information includes contact details such as your name and email address, telephone number, professional information, and other information you provide when filling in forms or leaving feedback.

    We may also collect information when you correspond with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise and when you report a problem with our site.

  • We collect and use your personal data to facilitate enquiries when you contact us through the PRA Rulebook website. Our lawful basis for processing this data is necessary for the performance of tasks in the public interest and in the exercise of official authority of the PRA.

  • We may share this information with the Bank of England (the ‘Bank’) and with third party organisations, such as the Financial Conduct Authority (the ‘FCA’), to support with your enquiry. In some circumstances we may need to share personal data with other organisations, such as under a duty to comply with a legal obligation. We will only share personal data with others when we are legally permitted to do so.

  • We will keep your personal data for 10 years after your last interaction with us, after which it will be securely disposed.
