Application Dates and Transitional Provisions
7.1
In relation to any disclosure made after 31 December 2023 but relating to a period ending on or before 31 December 2023, a small CRR firm, an SDDT and an SDDT consolidation entity must apply this Part in accordance with Articles 433b and 433c as those Articles had effect on 31 December 2023.
